A service is considered ‘completed’ when the trademark is submitted to USPTO, the search report is shared, or the Trademark Office Action response is submitted to USPTO. The expected turnaround time for each service will be communicated upon initiation of the service.

  3. Client Information

    Clients must provide accurate and complete information. If information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, we will request the correct details via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Failure to provide correct details within 30 days may result in cancellation of the service and a refund.

  4. No Liability for USPTO Objections

    We are not liable for any objections raised by the USPTO. We will assist in addressing objections for an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any further action is taken.

  5. Refund Policy

    We reserve the right to refund the full amount if we choose not to proceed with the service for any reason within the first week of ordering. A service is considered to have begun from the payment date. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and typically take 7-10 days to process.

  6. Intellectual Property 

    All content on our website, including logos, designs, and other intellectual property, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  7. Third-Party Links

    Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. The arbitration will be conducted in English and will be binding on both parties. The customer will bear the arbitration costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

We retain email addresses for as long as the client remains subscribed to our notifications. All information is stored securely and is protected from unauthorized access.

    Collected information is used to perform trademark searches, file applications, monitor trademarks, and communicate with clients. Marketing and promotional emails are sent only if clients opt-in. Clients can opt-out at any time. We will not use the information for any other purpose without the client’s consent.

  4. Sharing of Information

    We only use the collected information to conduct search, filing, and monitoring services. We assure clients that their information will not be sold or rented to third parties.
