Services Provided
We provide trademark search, filing, monitoring, and office action issue resolution services. A service is considered ‘completed’ when the trademark is submitted to USPTO, the search report is shared, or the Trademark Office Action response is submitted to USPTO. The expected turnaround time for each service will be communicated upon initiation of the service.
Client Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. If information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, we will request the correct details via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Failure to provide correct details within 30 days may result in cancellation of the service and a refund.
No Liability for USPTO Objections
We are not liable for any objections raised by the USPTO. We will assist in addressing objections for an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any further action is taken.
Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refund the full amount if we choose not to proceed with the service for any reason within the first week of ordering. A service is considered to have begun from the payment date. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and typically take 7-10 days to process.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, and other intellectual property, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Third-Party Links

Clients can opt-out at any time. We will not use the information for any other purpose without the client’s consent.
